BACCHANAL

About

A house of the Provenance family

BACCHANAL takes wine as its subject — the oldest intoxication in art, from the initiation frieze of a Pompeian villa to the god sailing under a vine on the floor of a Greek cup — and prints it three honest ways: faithful reproductions of the public-domain canon, house treatments of named public-domain works, and edition-controlled originals of the atelier.

It is the family’s designated experiment: maximal art direction in the gallery, non-negotiable seatbelts everywhere. The homepage takes real risks with motion and colour; it never takes one with your safety, and it turns sober at the cart.

Like every house of the family, BACCHANAL is independent, and it sells art — never wine. Reproductions and treatments credit their source; originals claim no provenance. No real producer, appellation, or estate is named or implied anywhere on this site.

BACCHANAL is an independent fine-art house. We take wine as subject and sell art — never wine, and never age-gated: no piece is a beverage, an endorsement, or an affiliation. Reproductions and treatments credit their public-domain source; originals claim no historical provenance. No real producer, appellation, label, or estate is named or implied anywhere on this site.
